Under her leadership, EdAfrica acts as a central hub for digitalized teaching and learning for Basic Schools, innovative policy recommendations as well as providing donated, refurbished, and new equipment, essential for teaching and learning to schools and institutions across the continent. With a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Innovations from KNUST, Ghana and certifications as a Project Management Professional and Agile Practitioner from the Project Management Institute, USA, Esther has dedicated her career to enhancing educational outcomes through innovative and strategic leadership.

Driving Change with Process Improvement One of Esther's hallmark contributions to education is her relentless focus on process improvement. From 2014 to 2024, she introduced a robust evaluation system that used both quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure the curriculum was comprehensively taught by her staff and its intended standards were maintained.

She recognized the critical role of exams in education and established an Examination Committee dedicated to upholding examination integrity.
Moreover, she introduced comprehensive student profiling and qualitative assessments, involving parents to gain deeper insights into students' learning journeys.
As an avid champion of Systems Thinking, Esther’s approach to leadership is deeply rooted in systems thinking. She successfully shifted the mindset of over 1,500 parents, helping them appreciate the value of quality educational processes over mere quantity. By decentralizing academic processes and empowering various department heads, she ensured the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. Esther is an educational leadership Efficiency Advocate. Her organizational acumen is evident in her ability to streamline operations within educational institutions. She reduced the admissions process from five days to just one, significantly improving efficiency and increasing yearly enrollment rate. Her initiatives in simplifying billing and communication, decentralizing Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTOs), and providing parents with pre-term access to learning content have enhanced the overall educational experience for all stakeholders.

She also pioneered the sourcing of school uniforms and instituted various support services, further raising alternative funds for school operations
